Two classified positions are open: Library Specialist and Instructional Assistant.

Library Specialist

Plays a vital role in fostering a dynamic learning environment for students by facilitating library classes, collaborating with teachers to support the curriculum, and conducting library-related presentations and events. Responsibilities also include managing library materials, inventory management, and maintaining the physical library space to ensure a welcoming and organized atmosphere. Provides reference assistance to students and staff.

193 days per school calendar year • 4.50 hours per day • 2.50 hours per shift • Hourly range: $22.88 – $29.20 • Start date: September 1, 2026

Instructional Assistant

Improves student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program for students to perform instructional activities in support of the prescribed lesson plan. Assists in providing a safe, healthy environment for students and performs a variety of general clerical duties.

188 days per school calendar year • 4.50 hours per day • 2.00 hours per shift • Hourly range: $20.72 – $26.56 • Start date: September 3, 2026
