Primary Purpose of the Role

To analyze reported lower-level workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due, and ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices.

Office Location/Schedule

Blue Ash, OH. The role is open to a hybrid schedule after the onboarding and training period, with a 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication, computer literate (including Microsoft Office), organizational skills required
• Experience: Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
