About the role

Responsible for managing the service department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Manage and train team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive service management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic tools.
  • Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.

Skills

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
