Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Manage and train team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive service management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic tools.
- Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.
Skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
