Requirements
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays
- Organized and ambitious self‑starter with an enthusiastic personality
- Prompt and courteous
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face‑to‑face
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Prior experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Answer internet and phone leads and maintain follow‑up until an appointment is made
- Reach out to missed appointments
- Collaborate with the team to streamline the process for customers and ensure effective communication among BDC, sales, and management
- Use the CRM daily
- Answer customer questions about product knowledge and current specials
- Set appointments
- Follow up with customers who have already visited to continue assisting in their search
