About the role
Omexom offers a LIA (Lärande i Arbete) internship for students enrolled in vocational higher education programs to become Distribution Electricians. This internship provides the opportunity to contribute to a secure and stable electricity supply while being a key part of the energy transition. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in the field of electricity distribution.
LIA is security-classified. According to the Security Protection Act (2018:585), a background check and security interview will be conducted. Note that the security clearance must be approved before the internship can begin.
The selection process is ongoing, and applications are reviewed continuously. However, students will only be contacted when an internship opportunity is available. The process may take time depending on business needs.

Requirements
- Enrollment in a vocational higher education program to become a Distribution Electrician.
- Completion of the application form with detailed responses to increase your chances of selection.
- Inclusion of your LIA period dates in the application.
- Successful completion of a security clearance process, including a background check and security interview.
