About the role

Leaf Home Bath is the nation's fastest-growing one-day bath remodeling company, expanding nationwide. We are seeking professional remodeling installers for steady, full-time work—5+ days a week—with immediate opportunities available. No more chasing leads or bidding for jobs; we provide pre-sold projects so you can focus on installation and earn a great income.

Responsibilities

• Perform tub-to-shower conversions using acrylic or onyx walls (typically 1–2 day jobs focused on the wet area, not full bath remodels).
• Remove old tubs down to the studs and install walk-in showers or walk-in jacuzzi tubs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bathroom remodeling experience, specifically in tub-to-shower conversions (preferred).
• Basic electrical experience (preferred).
• Own a box truck, cargo van, or full-size pickup (enclosed trailer for pickup trucks is a plus).
• Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance (we can assist).
• Individuals and teams are welcome.
