About the Role

Leaf Home Bath is the nation's fastest-growing one-day bath remodeling company, expanding nationwide. We are seeking professional remodeling installers to join our team and provide steady, full-time work on a daily basis—5+ days a week—with immediate opportunities available. No more chasing leads or bidding for jobs; we have work waiting for you right now.

Responsibilities

• Perform tub-to-shower conversions using acrylic or onyx walls.
• Remove old tubs down to the studs and install walk-in showers or walk-in jacuzzi tubs.
• Complete jobs typically within one to two days, focusing solely on the wet area (not full bath remodels).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of bathroom remodeling experience, specifically in tub-to-shower conversions.
• Basic electrical experience preferred.
• Ownership of a box truck, cargo van, or full-size pickup (enclosed trailer for pickup trucks is a plus).
• Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance (assistance available).
• Individuals and teams are welcome.
