LFAB Yield Ramp (28nm) Branch Manager
About the role
TI is seeking a leader to work in a state-of-the-art, growing 300mm, 65nm, 45nm and 28nm analog and embedded wafer fab in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you will be part of the factory leadership and lead the activities ramping our latest 28nm technology to yield entitlement.
Responsibilities
Ownership of parametric performance and yield improvement
Driving execution to enable yield entitlement
Leading the yield ramp team, device improvement activities, integration projects to support increased yield and product performance
Working closely with the factory leadership team to meet strategic technology goals
Leading the factory in finding effective solutions to 28nm technology issues and yield improvement in a time-constrained environment
Utilizing technical and practical experience to drive factory quality decisions and actions
Leveraging experience and management skills to ensure technology transfers and development meet commitments
Partnering with factory leadership to define and execute strategic roadmaps
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Chemistry, or semiconductor-specific solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a high-volume semiconductor factory with expertise in semiconductor devices and transition of new technology from introduction to yield entitlement on schedule (high volume)
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Chemistry, or semiconductor-specific solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interface with multiple organizations on a diverse team to accomplish goals
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
