Auto Sales Requirements

  • Self Starter Attitude
  • Be able to prioritize the guest experience above everything else
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the Lexus line and brand
  • Willingness to learn how to be successful in our processes
  • Full shift Saturdays and some Sundays

Sales Responsibilities

  • Calling for and following up with potential customers through leads, referrals and community connections
  • Create client relationships and follow up with both potential and current customers
  • Create an understanding of how Lexus is important to those you are speaking with
  • Meet one on one with new and existing customers to deepen the relationship
  • You must be able to learn and execute our processes while growing and maintaining business
