Auto Sales Requirements
- Self Starter Attitude
- Be able to prioritize the guest experience above everything else
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the Lexus line and brand
- Willingness to learn how to be successful in our processes
- Full shift Saturdays and some Sundays
Sales Responsibilities
- Calling for and following up with potential customers through leads, referrals and community connections
- Create client relationships and follow up with both potential and current customers
- Create an understanding of how Lexus is important to those you are speaking with
- Meet one on one with new and existing customers to deepen the relationship
- You must be able to learn and execute our processes while growing and maintaining business
