Responsible for providing high-quality customer service and performing detailed vehicle maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform routine and preventative vehicle maintenance checks.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for customers.
- Assist with inventory management and order processing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
