Lexus Delivery Specialist/Technology Specialist

About the role

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist for Lexus of Brookfield. This position provides the highest level of training and technical support to customers and staff on various software, programming, and technical devices available in vehicles. It offers a rare opportunity to join one of the country’s largest and most successful automotive dealership groups.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/or additional training.
• Record information relative to each technical review in the customer database.
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service, and other employees as assigned by management.
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task, plan, and prioritize work.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep it current.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment.
