Delivery Driver/ Service Technician

About the role

Our growing retail company is seeking a Full-Time delivery technician familiar with the roadways. We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to deliver Lift Chairs and other DME equipment promptly to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while representing our company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow routes and time schedule
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Collect payments
• Complete logs and reports
• Sell other products and services

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Respectable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technical knowledge of durable medical equipment and/or respiratory products is preferred (may assist with DME deliveries when needed)

Physical Demands

• Sitting, standing, walking at desk, in office
• Operation of office machinery and computer
• Occasionally lift/move items up to 120 pounds
• Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision
