LexisNexis FircoSoft Engineer – Real-Time Screening (v6.12.3)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced LexisNexis FircoSoft Engineer to support, configure, and optimize the Firco Continuity application used for sanctions screening and compliance monitoring within enterprise banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Fircosoft applications.
• Monitor application health, queues, batch jobs, MQ, and Kafka.
• Support Wire, ACH, and SWIFT payment screening.
• Configure screening rules, sanctions lists, and filtering parameters.
• Optimize rules to reduce false positives.
• Perform health checks and monitor application performance.
• Handle incidents, deployments, upgrades, and production support.
• Work closely with AML, Compliance, Infrastructure, and LexisNexis/Fircosoft support teams.
