Job Responsibilities
- Conduct microbial, lead, asbestos, soot, water, water damage consulting and industrial hygiene inspection and sampling
- Prepare inspection on-site field notes and reports based on the inspection findings
- Conduct asbestos and lead abatement oversight
- Drive to job sites daily and travel for work 80-90% of the time
- Able to use mobile devices and laptops with speed and high tech abilities
- Perform various duties, including, administrative tasks, errands, field tech support
Job Qualifications
- Speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Previous asbestos, lead and mold consulting experience is required
- OSHA EPA certificate and working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat are required
- The ability to properly wear and use personal respirator equipment and other forms of personal protective equipment is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a POSITIVE attitude, good organizational skills, a strong work ethic, GREAT customer service and be reliable
- A current valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Education/Experience
- OSHA 10/30 or HAZWOPER training is plus (Will Train)
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related science field is a plus (Preferred, not required)
- Current AHERA Building Inspector and Contractor/Supervisor Certification (Required)
- Current Texas Asbestos Inspector License (Required)
- Current Texas Air Monitoring Technician (Not Required but a plus)
- Current Texas Lead Risk Inspector or Risk Assessor Certification (Not Required but a plus)
- Current Texas Mold Assessment Consultant (Required)
- A current valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation (Required)
- Literacy in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Windows Operating Systems, Google Searches, Gmail, Smart Phone technology. (Required)
- NIOSH 582 Certification a plus (Not Required but a plus)

Work Schedule
- An 8-10 hour workday
- Additional after-hours/weekend work is required and performed on a rotating and as-needed basis
- May require travel out of town and be available night and weekend work
