Turn your hands-on skills into a career in semiconductors. Uptime Crew is seeking mechanically inclined problem solvers to join our team in North Phoenix, AZ. No prior semiconductor experience is required—qualified candidates will receive paid, specialized training to prepare for a career supporting leading semiconductor companies.

Who we're looking for

We are interested in people who enjoy understanding how things work, diagnosing problems, and fixing them. Your experience might include:

• Electrical or electronics
• Mechanical systems
• HVAC and refrigeration
• Industrial or facility maintenance
• Automotive, diesel, or small-engine repair
• Farm, construction, or heavy equipment
• Aviation or marine maintenance
• Manufacturing or production equipment
• Electromechanical systems
• Commercial equipment or technical systems
• Military technical occupations
• Skilled trades
• Other hands-on work involving tools, machinery, equipment, electronics, or troubleshooting

No prior technical career is required. If you are naturally hands-on, comfortable with equipment, good at troubleshooting, and motivated to learn, we want to hear from you.
