Level 1 Endpoint Management Technician

Position Summary

The Endpoint Management Technician reports to the Manager, Technical Support. Located in Lewisville, TX, this is a Full-Time On-site position.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for endpoint-related issues (Windows, mobile devices, peripherals)
• Aid with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of endpoint systems
• Support device lifecycle processes including onboarding, replacements, and decommissioning
• Support and maintain accurate asset and configuration records
• Aid with endpoint security compliance and policy enforcement
• Document procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or endpoint management experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common business applications
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar identity platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Experience

• Experience with NinjaOne (RMM/patching/monitoring)
• Experience with SOTI MobiControl (MDM for Android/iOS devices)
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (device configuration, compliance, and deployment)
• Basic understanding of endpoint security tools and best practices

Compensation

Includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
