LEU Operations Supervisor
About the role
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland seeks a dedicated individual to serve as a Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Officer. This position plays a crucial role in enforcing federal laws and Federal Reserve policies and regulations to safeguard life, property, and assets. The successful candidate will lead the Law Enforcement Unit (LEU) and manage daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a shift commander to oversee daily LEU operations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and general orders.
- Utilize independent thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and prepare written documentation or inform LEU management as necessary.
- Evaluate and provide ongoing training and development for staff, including performance reviews and regular feedback.
- Recommend and implement staffing changes and disciplinary actions when required.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as generating daily shift assignments, conducting equipment tests, reviewing shift reports, and distributing information.
- Serve as a representative of the LEU at internal and external meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Adhere to the Bank's attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and 9 years of related work experience, or
- Two years of college and 7 years of related work experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience.
Must complete and pass the Federal Reserve System Basic Law Enforcement Course (BLEC) and the Field Training and Evaluation Program (FTEP).

Pay
The expected starting salary range for the LEU Operations Supervisor is between $73,400 and $91,800 annually. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
