Lettings Consultant

About the role

This is a target-driven, customer-focused role where you’ll help people find their next home and support landlords in letting properties quickly and successfully.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online
• Register applicants and match them with suitable rental properties
• Arrange and conduct viewings, building rapport with prospective tenants
• Generate new business opportunities and promote our full range of lettings services
• Keep applicants and landlords informed with regular feedback and updates
• Work towards targets and KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven mindset with the motivation to earn commission
• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Good organisational and IT skills
• Previous property experience is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided)

Pay

On-target earnings range from £25,600 – £28,000 per annum, including competitive base pay plus incentivised commission and performance bonuses.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 am–5:30 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:30 am–1:00 pm
