American Income Life is looking for a dedicated Lettershop Floater to join the team! American Income Life is seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our lettershop operations team. In this role, you will support a variety of production tasks as directed by management, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment while adhering to all quality and safety standards. This is an onsite position in Waco, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks as required and instructed by management.
• Assist with light maintenance, cutter operation, and changeovers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area at all times.
• Understand and adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned that are consistent with the level of difficulty of the role.
• Frequent bending, pushing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a lettershop environment is helpful.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
