Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
- Analyze data trends to inform product development and user experience improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and functionalities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and user interface design.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases and database management systems.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
