Lending Specialist L3 - Jericho or Manhattan

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a commercial loan pipeline from approval through closing
• Partner with Relationship Managers, closing teams, servicing teams, counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Cook up and review closing documentation, due diligence items, insurance, and regulatory requirements
• Help resolve closing issues and escalate items when needed
• Serve as a point of contact for questions and requests throughout the loan lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience as a Lending Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Administrator, or similar commercial lending support role
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan closing and loan servicing processes
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate and/or C&I loans strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with nCino or a banking core system is a plus
