Lending Assistant-Alpine

About the Role

The incumbent provides front-end administrative, operational, and customer support to loan officers or commercial lenders, streamlining the loan cycle by gathering borrower documents, preparing loan files, checking compliance, and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assists in loan underwriting and data gathering as requested.
• Ensures loan documents are accurate prior to loan closing.
• Ensures loans are booked accurately.
• Scans documents into digital files.
• Assists loan officers in managing loan portfolios and maintaining loan documentation.
• Assists customers with the loan process.
• Supports Loan Administration in loan processing and loan examinations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of the commercial loan process.
• Knowledge of banking and lending concepts, and practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all loan regulations and laws.

Skills

• PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and bank platform applications.
• Advanced interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to make persuasive presentations.
