About the role

As a Lending Advisor/Internet Sales Representative, you will assist potential customers in navigating the prequalification process for auto loans. You’ll guide applicants through the online prequalification, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and serve as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams. Your role will involve setting clear expectations, providing guidance on the car-buying journey, and facilitating smooth communication to finalize purchases.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts, including independent and franchise dealers.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone calls.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for all levels of management within franchise dealerships.
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with current and potential clients in the dealer communities.
• Maintain constant communication with dealers regarding promotions, marketing information, and training documents.
• Train dealers on proper documentation needed for fast funding of contracts.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Equivalent combination of work experience may substitute for education.
• Automotive, finance, or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and web applications (Chrome, Internet Explorer) required.

Pay

• Base pay: $18.47 per hour.
• Expected annual range: $55,000 – $75,000.
• Guaranteed bonus: $1,000 per month for the first three months (unless you exceed this amount).
• Average monthly bonuses: $2,500; top producers average $4,000+ per month.
