About the role
The Behavior Analysis Teacher (BAT) will serve as the district resource providing school level support to students with significant behavioral challenges. The primary purpose of this position is to provide Individualized Education Program (IEP) indicated applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, supervise the provision of ABA services, and provide behavioral/educational consultation and support to schools and families.

Requirements
- A valid Hawaii State teacher license
- A current license to provide behavior analyst services in the State of Hawaii
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii teaching license from the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board
- Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the State of Hawaii
Desired Experience
Special education classroom experience in a K-12 school setting.

Pay
Compensation: 12-month teachers shall be compensated for the applicable Bargaining Unit 05 12-month salary schedule for working a 12-month work year.
Schedule
Payday is on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month.
