About the role

The Hawaii State Department of Education seeks to hire a Ceramics Teacher. The minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Teach ceramics to students in grades K-12.
  • Develop lesson plans and curriculum materials.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and administration.

Requirements

  • Valid Hawaii teaching license or Emergency Hire Permit upon hire.
  • Enroll in a Hawaii-based Teacher's Education Program within 3 years of employment.
  • Satisfy Hawaii licensing requirements as set by the HTSB.

Pay

New employees can expect their first paycheck within the first 3 pay periods of their start date. Paydays are on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month.
