About the role
Location: LEGOLAND® Florida, Winter Haven, FL (must be local)
Dates: August 24 - 28
Pay: $27/hour
Responsibilities
- Help create a spooky environment and bring the park to life for the Halloween season
- Create/update set dressing and props lists
- Artistically arrange set dressing to create the immersive environment with the guidance of set dressing leads and design documentation
- Install set dressing and props with the team
- Apply minor scenic painting techniques to enhance the immersive environment
- Secure all items so the space is safe for guests and performers
- Submit daily progress reports and photos to the RWS team
- Provide RWS with a document outlining links to any purchased items for future use
- Provide documentation of to-do lists and set dressing guidelines
- Provide one on-site person at the venue to install set dressing and complete any needed prop repair
- Complete all duties to the satisfaction of the company
- Follow the company chain of command
- Adhere to all given RWS and client infectious disease control and safety protocols
- Follow all RWS handbook guidelines and travel guidelines, including dress codes and codes of conduct
- Understand that any behavior or actions damaging on-site locations (including green rooms, dressing rooms, or other site property) during the contract term, install/load-in, or strike/load-out will be subject to penalty or fine
- Other duties as needed
