Core Responsibilities
- Desktop & Executive Support: Deliver rapid-response tier-1 and tier-2 troubleshooting for hardware, local workstations, and executive technical issues.
- Application Ecosystem Care: Administer and optimize specialized legal software architectures, including document management systems (DMS) and practice platforms.
- Ticket & Queue Management: Oversee the internal helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring swift resolution times and accurate documentation of technical workflows.
- IT Vendor Interface: Serve as the primary liaison with external technology vendors and managed service providers to expedite systems infrastructure projects.
- Digital Court Support: Facilitate seamless digital operations, troubleshooting remote video depositions and legal filing application pipelines for active legal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated technical helpdesk, desktop support, or system configuration experience.
- Technical Literacy: Hands-on operational knowledge of enterprise ticketing systems, Microsoft 365, and specialized business or legal software.
- Environments: Proven experience directly supporting corporate executives, attorneys, or legal professionals under strict timeline pressures.
