About the role
The Legal Support Assistant provides administrative support to attorneys, paralegals and other administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Supports attorneys and paralegals with document preparation and filing
- Coordinates meetings and schedules appointments
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assists with maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments
- Organizes and maintains files and records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
