About the role
Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Legal Specialist, Marketing Compliance to join its Property & Casualty Legal Department. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Aid in reviewing marketing materials, websites, promotions, and contests for legal compliance.
- Manage Great American’s trademark portfolio.
- Administer technology solutions relevant to the role.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing, compliance, or trademark role is preferred.
- Strong understanding and ability to use technology solutions like Excel, SharePoint, and other software-as-a-service solutions.
- Excellent organizational, project, and change management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- A collaborative, adaptable, innovative, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Pay
Compensation varies by role, level, and location and is influenced by skills, experience, and business needs. Details will be provided during the hiring process.
Schedule
The successful candidate must be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
