Legal Specialist (hybrid)

Location: Hybrid reporting to Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA - 3 days a week onsite. Open to both C2C and W2 options. Multiyear contract.

About the role

A Legal Specialist provides support by accurately complying with garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levy by restricting members' accounts or funds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements related to garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levies.
• Restrict members' accounts or funds as required by legal orders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Legal experience working in an attorney’s office or court.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal to no supervision, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
