Legal QA Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 1+ year of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of collection law (ideal)
• Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures)
• Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A)
• Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, teams)
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding credit cards

Desired Skills & Experience

• Paralegal certification

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
• Look at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements.
• Test info before it’s sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
• Check notarization on documents.
• May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.
