The hourly range for this position for individuals physically located in Chicago is $28.00 to $36.00 per hour. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe combine intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe qualifications), Skills (maybe technology skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (if schedule info present? Not explicit schedule; only hybrid work flexibility after training. Could be considered schedule? Not explicit hours. Might not include Schedule if not specific. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated: paid time off, health, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage. So Benefits section yes. Pay: hourly range given, so Pay section yes. Schedule: not explicit; only hybrid work flexibility may be available after training. Not a specific schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. We need headings:

for each section. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes "Quarles is an equal opportunity employer." That's EEO boilerplate; should be removed. Also contact info at end: "If you have any questions..." that's application instructions; should be removed. Also "Office Location: Chicago" we can put in a short p maybe under About the role? Could be separate metadata p. We need to include all substantive info: description, responsibilities list, qualifications list, skills (technology skills), benefits list, pay range. Let's extract details. Intro paragraph(s): "We are seeking a Legal Project Assistant to support the Immigration Team within our Labor & Employment Practice Group. This position plays an important role in supporting attorneys and paralegals with a wide range of immigration matters, including case preparation, document management, and administrative support. Both entry- level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a legal career, with a structured path for growth into a Paralegal role. Our team is collaborative, innovative, and committed to providing opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Grow Your Career at Quarles At Quarles, your goals matter. What We Offer: Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Clear career progression opportunities, including development toward a Paralegal role Hybrid work flexibility may be available following the successful completion of the initial training period" We could split into About the role (first paragraph) and maybe Benefits/What We Offer separate. But we have a Benefits section later with specific benefits. The "What We Offer" includes generic items; we can incorporate into Benefits section maybe. Better: About the role: description of role and team. Responsibilities: list bullet points under Key Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to include based on content. We have Qualifications bullet list: Bachelor's degree preferred. Entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in a professional office environment is preferred; experience supporting legal or immigration work is a plus. We also have Skills maybe separate: technology skills already included. Could create Skills section for technology skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to learn new software. But we might combine. Given we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. Could omit Skills if covered in Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It's just examples; we can choose which to include. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now format. We'll start with a p for Office Location maybe. But we could include Office Location in About the role paragraph. Let's craft:

    Office Location: Chicago

    Then

    About the role

with paragraph(s) describing role. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine the intro paragraphs into one or multiple

    tags. Let's write:

    About the role

We are seeking a Legal Project Assistant to support the Immigration Team within our Labor & Employment Practice Group. This position plays an important role in supporting attorneys and paralegals with a wide range of immigration matters, including case preparation, document management, and administrative support. Both entry‑level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a legal career, with a structured path for growth into a Paralegal role. Our team is collaborative, innovative, and committed to providing opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

At Quarles, your goals matter. We foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where your voice is heard and your growth is supported. Join a team that values teamwork, service excellence, and shared success. What we offer includes a supportive, team‑oriented work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, clear career progression opportunities (including development toward a Paralegal role), and hybrid work flexibility that may be available after the initial training period.

    Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to client requests and perform other duties as assigned.
    • Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Support assigned attorneys with all aspects of immigration matters, including transcription, proofreading, formatting, and finalizing legal documents.
    • Assist attorneys with immigration case filings, including preparing USCIS and Department of Labor forms, drafting supporting materials, compiling documentation and evidence, and coordinating filing submissions.
    • Assist attorneys and paralegals with case and file maintenance, including new matter intake and ongoing file management.
    • Utilize the firm's case management systems to enter and maintain immigration‑related data, track critical dates and deadlines, and create reminder notifications.
    • Prepare and coordinate signature packages and filing packages.
    • Maintain an annual billable‑hour expectation of 800 hours.
    Now Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Entry‑level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and self‑directed.
    • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
    • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
    • Prior experience in a professional office environment is preferred; experience supporting legal or immigration work is a plus.
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Paid time off
    • Health insurance
    • Vision insurance
    • Dental insurance
    • 401(k) plan
    • Life insurance
    • Disability coverage
We could also mention "competitive salaries, bonus opportunities" but that's more Pay. Now Pay:

    Pay

The hourly range for this position for individuals physically located in Chicago is $28.00 to $36.00 per hour.

We might also mention competitive salaries, bonus opportunities, but that's vague; we can include in Pay paragraph: "Competitive salaries and bonus opportunities are offered." But we must not invent detail; the posting says "Quarles & Brady offers competitive salaries, bonus opportunities, and excellent benefits". That's substantive. So we can include that in Pay section. Thus Pay section could be:

    Pay

Quarles & Brady offers competitive salaries and bonus opportunities. The hourly range for this position for individuals physically located in Chicago is $28.00 to $36.00 per hour.

Now we should not include Schedule. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title. Not included. Check for any boilerplate removed: EEO line removed, contact info removed, "Quarles is an equal opportunity employer." removed. Also "If you have any questions..." removed. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Hybrid work flexibility may be available following the successful completion of the initial training period." We included that in About the role paragraph under "What we offer". Good. Also "Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Clear career progression opportunities, including development toward a Paralegal role" we included. Now check for duplication: We have "competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits" in About the role; Benefits section lists specifics; Pay section mentions competitive salaries and bonus opportunities. That's okay. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's produce final answer.
