What You’ll Do

You are an experienced eDiscovery leader seeking to apply your expertise in AI and analytics to enhance legal document review processes. You will collaborate with case teams, manage workflows, and advise on the integration of emerging technologies into our litigation practices.

Impact

Reporting to the Director of Legal Practice Technology, you will oversee a team of advisors, project managers, and data scientists. Your role involves defining and executing workflows that incorporate AI and analytics, collaborating with case teams, and contributing to broader firm innovation initiatives.

Design & Execution of Review Workflows and Analytics

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and advance strategies for integrating AI and analytics into review, validation, and production workflows.
  • Define and build key workflows connecting common discovery tasks with related workstreams like early fact investigation, deposition preparation, expert report analysis, and other fact development projects.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, assess their applicability, and provide recommendations on adoption and implementation.

Client-Matter Advisory

  • Dedicate over 50% of your time to direct client-matter engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to case teams.
  • Develop and maintain substantive case knowledge to inform optimal workflow design and implementation.
  • Promote the integration of firm best practices across review workflows, team collaboration, and matter documentation to ensure defensibility and consistency.

  • Build and strengthen team capabilities, focusing on accelerating maturity in analytics and GenAI-enabled review practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Juris Doctorate required with 15+ years of experience in delivering consultative eDiscovery services.
  • Experience managing complex reviews, investigations, and productions, and designing, iterating, and validating GenAI-assisted document review workflows.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of litigations and investigations, including familiarity with attorney tasks at each phase.
  • Practical expertise in prompt engineering, content engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks, along with a technical understanding of knowledge graphs and ontologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach that balances independent initiative with alignment to leadership directives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients, attorneys, and firm leadership at all levels.

Compensation
