Legal Operations & Solutions Lead
About the Role
As a Legal Operations & Solutions Lead at Lime, you will partner with legal teams across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement, lead operational and technology initiatives, and build the processes, systems, and insights that help Legal operate more effectively. You will serve as a trusted partner to Legal leadership, driving projects that improve efficiency, increase visibility into team performance, and create a better experience for both Legal and our business stakeholders. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do
- Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies across Legal workflows and implement solutions that help teams work more effectively.
- Program & Change Leadership: Lead operational initiatives from idea to adoption, ensuring sustainable change and measurable results.
- Legal Technology & Solutions: Help shape and improve Legal's technology ecosystem, including matter management, CLM, eDiscovery, automation, AI, and other operational tools.
- Data & Insights: Build reporting and metrics that help Legal leadership make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Knowledge Management & Enablement: Develop scalable processes, documentation, training, and self-service resources that improve consistency across the Legal team.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with Legal leadership to prioritize initiatives, solve operational challenges, and support long-term goals.
- Operational Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness: Improve how Legal delivers services by reducing friction, aligning processes, and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
- Team Support & Special Projects: Take ownership of new challenges and contribute wherever needed to help the Legal team operate effectively.
About You
- 5+ years of experience solving complex operational challenges, applying systems thinking to design practical, scalable solutions that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experienced Navigator: You have successfully led operational improvements and know how to move initiatives from idea to execution.
- Systems Thinker: You quickly understand how people, processes, technology, and data interact and can identify opportunities to improve them.
- Program Leader: You are skilled at managing complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results.
- Data-Informed Decision Maker: You have experience defining metrics, developing reporting frameworks, and using insights to inform strategy and operational improvements.
- Technology-Enabler: You are curious about technology, automation, and AI, and enjoy using them to solve business problems.
- Collaborative Partner: You build trust across teams and communicate complex ideas in a clear and practical way.
- Builder's Mindset: You take ownership, embrace ambiguity, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team succeed.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting or partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, HR, Procurement, or other corporate functions.
- Experience implementing or administering enterprise software platforms, workflow tools, or automation solutions.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, or operational performance measurement.
- Experience leading organizational change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, or legal technology solutions.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $96,000 - $130,000. The final base salary is determined by objective factors such as the candidate's location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
