Legal Operations Program Manager

Job Description

Manage vendor relationships, service reviews, issue escalation, and performance oversight.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
Drive stakeholder communications, governance meetings, and action tracking.
Gather, prioritize, and manage business requirements for regulatory technology platforms.
Coordinate product testing and user acceptance activities.
Monitor incidents, service tickets, defects, and user issues, identifying operational trends through reporting and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Support onboarding of new business functions to regulatory technology platforms.
Coordinate regulatory coverage discussions with business stakeholders.
Support AI governance, feature testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
Prepare executive presentations, governance materials, strategic recommendations, and performance reports.
Present operational insights and strategic updates to senior leadership.

Experience

• Experience within Compliance, Legal Risk, Regulatory Change, Operational Risk Governance, or Financial Services
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business functions

• Experience with regulatory technology program delivery
• Experience with executive reporting and management reporting
• Experience supporting strategic business initiatives and enterprise onboarding
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentations
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience with AI-enabled business solutions preferred
• Experience managing global stakeholders across multiple regions preferred

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
