Legal Operations & Contracts Paralegal-Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, review coordination, execution, renewals, amendments, and recordkeeping.
- Maintain organized contract and corporate records repositories, compliance calendars, and entity filings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for legal intake, signatures, document tracking, and process-related inquiries.
- Partner with attorneys, outside counsel, business teams, Finance, and IT to support contracts, legal operations, compliance, and vendor management.
- Track software vendor agreements, renewals, utilization reviews, and contractual obligations.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, paralegal, legal operations, or a related role.
- Strong contract management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound professional judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Slack.
- Experience with Airtable, Carta, legal technology, and AI tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
