About the Job

EVA Live Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager/Legal Associate for its Mumbai office. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters relating to commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, and legal risk management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
• 1–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of:
• Commercial Contracts
• Non-Litigation Matters
• Litigation
• Dispute Resolution
• Legal Risk Management

Preferred Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Handle non-litigation and advisory matters.
• Aid with litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Identify and manage legal risks.
• Provide legal support on commercial and operational matters.
• Cook up with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.
