About the DPIIT IPR Chair

The DPIIT IPR Chair was instituted by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, with the objective of facilitating intellectual property education and research. The Chair was established at National Law University Delhi in October 2018 and operates in accordance with the objectives set out under the Scheme for Pedagogy and Research in IPRs for Holistic Education and Academia (SPRIHA).
