Responsibilities
- Familiarity with transaction documentation
- Involvement in corporate transactions
Requirements
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong exposure to M&A transactions
- Familiarity with standard terms such as Term Sheets, Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), and Shareholders' Agreements (SHAs)
- Familiarity with ancillary closing documents
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public markets or listed company advisory work
