Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Min 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Understanding of the challenges faced by survivors of acid attack and gender-based violence and a strong commitment to human rights and social justice.
- Proficiency in client counselling, legal research and drafting.
- Proven practice in District Courts and High Court of Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Legal: Draft, manage, and represent the organisation in legal cases across courts and tribunals.
- Drafting: Drafting of Complaints, Writs, Petitions, Representations, etc.
- Coordination: Engage with survivors, raise awareness, build relationships, support advocacy, and document challenges with the legal team.
- Research: Conduct legal as well as non-legal research to explore potential opportunities for the organisation.
Remuneration
Full-time: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
