Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting projects, processes, and initiatives within the Legal department and its related functions. The intern will gain exposure to a variety of business and operational activities while assisting with day-to-day responsibilities and special projects that support departmental and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a foundational understanding of departmental operations, processes, and business practices
- Support projects, research efforts, and administrative activities as assigned
- Assist with the collection, organization, review, and maintenance of documents, records, and information
- Create, review, and maintain reports, presentations, spreadsheets, or other materials related to departmental initiatives
- Conduct research and summarize findings to support business, regulatory, operational, or strategic matters
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to support ongoing projects and learning opportunities
- Support continuous improvement efforts by assisting with process documentation, organization, and workflow enhancements
- Participate in special projects and initiatives that support departmental goals and priorities

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Second year law student pursuing a JD strongly preferred
- 0-2 years' relevant experience required
