Legal Intake Specialist - Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Conversion.
• Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, text) within defined response times.
• Conduct structured intake calls to qualify leads based on firm criteria.
• Schedule case evaluations with Sales team members.
• Follow up with unretained PNCs to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Proactively conduct outbound follow-up to warm leads.
• Outcome: Increased scheduled consultations and improved lead-to-retained-client conversion rates.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver a warm, professional, and empathetic first interaction.
• Clearly explain the next steps and process expectations.
• Ensure clients feel heard, informed, and confident in choosing the firm.
• Outcome: High client satisfaction and strong first-impression brand impact.

CRM & Data Integrity

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
• Track follow-ups, status changes, and conversion stages.
• Ensure zero data loss and clean CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced training or college education preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience in legal services or professional services preferred.
• Familiarity with Clio, HubSpot, and/or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience using call communication platforms such as AirCall.
• Proven ability to convert leads through persuasive and empathetic communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and calendar management.

Pay

$18 - $18/hour
