Legal, Ethics & Compliance AI Solution Architect

About the role

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients’ business problems and needs while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI, data, or automation solutions
• Work with messy, real-world data, including cleaning, transforming, and joining datasets to support application or model development
• Use AI or GenAI tools such as LLM engineering to build or enhance applications
• Independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python

Requirements

• Experience in legal, ethics, or compliance functions, including legal operations, regulatory and policy compliance, investigations, risk assessment, and ethics-related workflows
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have

• Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines by leveraging platforms such as Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
• Ability to identify and mitigate AI risks in real implementations, including hallucination, security, or bias
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
• Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build vs. buy decisions and business impacts such as ROI or efficiency

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.
