Legal Director, Regulatory and Trade Compliance

This role reports to Dell's Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in the Legal department. As the Legal Director for Regulatory Compliance, you will lead our regulatory compliance legal team and help drive Dell's compliance strategy across Trade Compliance (Export Controls, Imports and Sanctions), Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Competition, and Anti-Money Laundering.

You will serve as a strategic partner to the business and the legal department, helping shape compliance priorities, sales strategy, government affairs initiatives, and other key business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dell’s regulatory compliance legal team, overseeing Trade Compliance (Export Controls, Imports, and Sanctions), Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Competition, and Anti-Money Laundering.
• Drive Dell’s compliance strategy as a competitive advantage in a complex geopolitical environment.
• Partner with the business and legal department to shape compliance priorities, sales strategy, government affairs initiatives, and other key business objectives.
