Legal Department- Attorney

About the role

As a Legal Department Attorney at FRED LOYA INSURANCE AGENCY in Orange, CA, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the organization, drafting contracts, handling litigation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the organization in court and mediations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends that impact the insurance industry.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal capacity, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
