Legal Counsel, Transactions Pizza Hut Global

Responsibilities

• Ensure all contracts are aligned with Pizza Hut’s goals and protect its legal and financial interests.
• Manage contract workflow and lifecycle - facilitate contract intake process, select appropriate contract forms and templates for each client engagement, draft contract amendments and routine termination documents, and maintain contract repository for the Pizza Hut brand.
• Provide legal partnership, guidance, and proactive risk reduction strategies to the Pizza Hut Global business teams.
• Provide ad hoc general transactional legal guidance to Pizza Hut Global corporate teams and business functions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 3-5+ years’ experience in transactional legal roles, either at reputable law firm(s) or on an in-house corporate legal team(s)
• In-depth knowledge of and proficiency in corporate transactions and commercial contract negotiation
• Ability to provide practical, strategic legal advice aligned with business objectives
• Strong background in client counseling or other client-facing engagements

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the Pizza Hut Global organization

Benefits

• Salary Range: $125,200 to $147,200 annually + bonus eligibility
