We're seeking a mid-to-senior level Commercial Technology Attorney who enjoys partnering closely with Sales and guiding complex enterprise software and technology contract negotiations. This role is ideal for a collaborative, business-minded attorney who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This position is open to candidates located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, with regular collaboration across teams in North America and Australia.
