Legal & Compliance Department - FLU Oversight Intern

About the role

This intern will support Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities in Regulatory Change Management and FLU Compliance Oversight, with a focus on FLU testing areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various regulatory change management tasks.
• Support control testing for compliance risk areas related to the FLUs.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly Compliance Metrics Heat Map tasks as needed.
• Prepare materials for the monthly FLU BSA Officer meeting and quarterly AMLCC Sub-Committee meeting.
• Draft minutes for bi-weekly and monthly FLU BSA Officer meetings and handle other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in the financial industry or project management is helpful.
• Enjoy working across multiple business lines and functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (charts, graphs, VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay

USD $19.00 per hour.
