Responsibilities
- Manage the legal and administrative aspects of trust and estate matters, including client onboarding, file coordination, court filings, and client communications.
- Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure successful outcomes in civil litigation matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in trust and estate processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures.
- Have experience in trust administration, estate planning, conservatorships, and probate.
- Comfortable with a forward-facing role with clients.
- Strong litigation background with solid knowledge of service of process, e-filing, and calendaring.
- Experience as a legal assistant in civil litigation is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Dedicated to excellence in legal services.
- Self-starting and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, conservatorships, and probate. Comfortable with a forward-facing role with clients. Strong litigation background with solid knowledge of service of process, e-filing, and calendaring. Experience as a legal assistant in civil litigation is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Dedication to excellence in legal services. Self-starting and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree and relevant legal assistant experience. Must be licensed to practice law in California.

Pay
$36.06 - $41.83 per hour. Pay will be determined based on applicable experience and skill set of the candidate.
Schedule
Regular onsite attendance for the first 180 days, with opportunities for hybrid working arrangements when eligible.
