Job Requirements High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or professional certificate in paralegal or related field preferred Working knowledge of standard office/courtroom procedures and legal terminology Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and files Knowledge of standard English grammar, spelling, and punctuation and ability to type with speed and accuracy Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices Pre-employment background check and drug screen Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
